duderino, how are you level matching?
Are you using your preamp to chanege the level or are you lowering the volume on the TP. You should set both the SB and TP to max volume and use the preamp to change the volume to match. You raise the noise floor if you use the digital volume and might also drop some bits depending on how low you go. My preamp can keep separate volume levels for separate inputs. When I compared TP to SB I thought there was enough dif to make it worth it.
