a couple of years ago I was building librsvg in my script after
firefox had been built, i.e. where I was building print packages and
the gimp, as well as ImageMagick.  That was for gnome-2.32-ish and
gimp-2.6.

 Initially, I had been going to say I was surprised by your comment,
because I've been building librsvg late in my sequence (at first for
abiword or goffice, now for libreoffice) for as long as I can
remember.  Yeah, my memory is short!  The only thing I can say with
any confidence is that over time, all dependencies and build orders
will change ;-)
