Absolutely not! If you add more sugar, you get a (little bit) more alcohol in your bottles, but most of all, you get proportionally more CO2. That means more pressure, foam, and bubbles. In the worst case that means that your bottles will explode when you least expect it, throwing sharp glass splinters around and making a hell of a mess. Even if that won't happen, your beer will gush over every time you open a bottle, and be totally overcarbonated. So, DO NOT add more sugar than indicated at bottling time!
