Go for it! There are normally always a few other boaters including hirers who will help you with a tug on a rope or the nudge of a fender if you need it. If you are mooring in the basin itself you will find it is stern on so you will have to reverse in anyway. The pride if you achieve it in one try will be great ! Trevor
