Any indictment will be hard to make. Mr. Fitzgerald may be able to get an obstruction of justice or perjury, but anything else looks tough. What's perfectly clear is that Rove and/or Libbey are guilty. If they weren't they wouldn't be going back again and again and the whole odd Judith Miller thing wouldn't have happened. The bar to proof, however, is almost impossible to cross given that the Whitehouse had at least 12 hours to cover it up. It would seem that there's a Martha lesson trickling through 1600 Penn: it's not the crime that gets you the time, it's the cover-up. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Discover CFTicket - The leading ColdFusion Help Desk and Trouble Ticket application http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=48 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:176737 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
