Any indictment will be hard to make.  Mr. Fitzgerald may be able to get an
obstruction of justice or perjury, but anything else looks tough.

What's perfectly clear is that Rove and/or Libbey are guilty.  If they
weren't they wouldn't be going back again and again and the whole odd Judith
Miller thing wouldn't have happened.  The bar to proof, however, is almost
impossible to cross given that the Whitehouse had at least 12 hours to cover
it up.

It would seem that there's a Martha lesson trickling through 1600
Penn: it's not the crime that gets you the time, it's the cover-up.
