What would you have wanted us to do in the aftermath of 911?
Off the top of my head:
Refect on:
- Whether it was such a good idea to fund the Taliban to the tune of
billions of dollars in the quest to defeat the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan.
- Using terrorism and WMD's as an excuse to invade a nation for its oil,
thereby discrediting the necessary fight against terrorism to the rest of the
world and making the West a pariah in the Middle East.
