I was just trying to understand the statement, as it seemed to conflict with what happened is all :)
On the one hand you say it's up to the Iraqis, and on the other you invade their country supposedly to help free them. Is it like...rescuing a puppy from an abusive home and then setting it loose in the street and saying that it's survival is now up to it....?
