back i my dad's village, if someone was caught stealing, the whole village would beat the crap out of that person, kick him out haha

  I've thought that in order to curb crime, we should do it like the old
  days. Take people out into the town sqaure and execute them. I think
  there should be a lottery for prisioners. Depending on what you are in
  for, you draw a number. If your number is up one day, then so be it.
