I'll second also, and I would add that the trouble with many of those

Well, this may be fine for Linux fans, but many of basic 
functionalities, look and feel,
even terminology we are accustomed to are missing or modified. This is 
really irritating.

I'm sorry, but I paid for my operating system, even if I didn't like it, 
I'm used to it,
and I expect any application I'm working with not to look like an alien with
regard to Windows.
