I rechecked the pending requests against current dev and the complete open PR set. @yigitcan-ozturk: the S3 Redshift validation slice is already represented by your open PR #12274. Its Build is green and it is awaiting review, so please keep all further scope and review discussion on that PR; do not open a second S3 Redshift validation PR. The broad Paimon request is not accepted as a claim. Current Paimon catalog and sink factories already have substantial OptionRule coverage, while open PR #11077 and the fixed-bucket reproduction in #12243 are active Paimon work and both currently have failed Builds. Once those boundaries are settled, propose one exact factory, named options, required/optional semantics, existing runtime-validation boundary, current-source audit, and open-PR check before any Paimon validation work begins.
