@DanielLeens @SEZ9 — one procedural thing I noticed: both of your formal review states are still CHANGES_REQUESTED (Daniel 09-07, SEZ9 08-28), even though the findings from those rounds have since been addressed or deferred with agreement. The later "no blocking issues" updates came through as COMMENTED, which doesn't clear the earlier state, so the PR still shows as blocked on the review gate.
