Why is there a charge for plugins? I recommend on that page writing the why. This will help others compare the platform as it raises questions about the future of the platform(free, Open Source or migrating to a free/pay model). Will other community members be able to develop and sell their plugins on the site? I searched the website and google group for a road map of CE but couldn't find one.
