Thank you Mark, David, Alan It's a tiny little thing, I do agree. So little actually, that I will tell the designer to give me a no transparent one, for ie6 proposes because I don't see a big deal not having that little tiny shadow there. Alan, well, at least now we know that Web Developer treats the path differently, and that will save others some hours when trying to debug using Web Developer Toolbar and realize that the path isn't the appropriate.
