As someone who typically just reads the posts and doesn't actually contribute much, I just wanted to say 'thanks' to everyone who replied on this topic. I'm fairly new the field, with little direct training, and I think I've gained more from reading people's fairly straightforward answers to this issue than from any other thread in the past three months.
