I'm more inclined to wonder if every IT project management hire in the
next 10 years isn't going to be asked:

"How would you suggest we avoid a fiasco like healthcare.gov happening here?"

It should be a good time (highly pleasurable) for folks doing interviews.

It's a good time to suggest that folks skill-up on architecture and
scalability concerns - which seem to be the bulk of what's actually
been in play, here.
