I wish I had a good recommendation, but my Logitech H800 bluetooth/dongle headset has been decent in office and home work with full muffs. But it's not so great in the datacenter due to it picking up all the noise from the fans and such, and not having great earmuff isolation. If you need to work in there alot, and be on calls, I think you're going to need to spend the bucks to make it happen.
