Hi Jefferson and list, I purchased a Bluetooth adapter, the Sony SBH20, that may help here.
It's a small square that I clip onto my collar, then plug ANY normal headphones into. With it you can use whatever headphones/earbuds are convenient for the situation, and save money compared to Bluetooth-enabled cans. The adapter includes a microphone, so it works like a full headset when all connected. - Chris
