The best thing you can do to block out the noise is to get an air tight seal. I had a set of custom ear molds made by http://www.averysound.com/ for my bluetooth headset for use in the datacenter and it really works great. I actually have several sets for them (a couple for non-bluetooth headsets) and I'm happy with them all. -- Tracy Reed
