It's not exactly what you asked for since it's not Bluetooth, but it
does work well when plugged into a voip phone or other phone that has a
normal handset. I wouldn't write it off as an option. This one is also
pretty expensive, but works great in a datacenter. I use it with the
remote handset lifter so I can just press the button on the headset to
answer an incoming call.
Plantronics CS361N Noise Canceling SupraPlus Wireless
It covers both ears but also works well with the little hardware-store
foam ear plugs, and still loud enough to hear. The other end hears some
of the server room noise, but generally it works very well.
