I tried using synctoy but found it to be one of the most frustrating pieces of software I have encountered - it just didn't do what I wanted, and what it did do it did to its own "rules". In the end I got BeyondCompare which is great for mirroring, etc, etc, etc. Lots of options and it works flawlessly.
