Probably not, Steve. I use a Pigknob to control my K3 but not for any reasons dealing with K3 "ergonomic deficiencies." I contest with N1MM and do occasionally type a frequency into the CALL field to control the radio, and N1MM sends for me, but beyond that, I use the controls on the radio. I've tried a couple of software packages but gave them up, somehow it just "wasn't radio" for me. YMMV [actually, it sounds like it does :-)]
