One thing I forgot to mention:
Motor reaches its max RPM approximately at bldc value = 0.4...0.5 and
then remains the same, motor just gets louder as value is increased to
0.95 (or -0.95 respectively).

I tried to play with 3pwmgen.frequency parameter - tried 20 kHz and 45
kHz, 45 kHz provided higher RPM for bldc value = -0.95, it remained
approximately the same for +0.95.
