Well I'm suspecting this could be a firmware issue. I can't see the gpio.000 in the parameters list to change it's state to make it an output. I tried this to see if I'm able to activate the /TX3BENA. All the other step-gens are working fine it seems (I've only tested the three I need).
I'm going to try flashing again the 6i24 but I doubt that could solve the problem. Please let me know if there's something I can try. Thanks!
