I know this is waaaaay off topic, but I was wondering now that Judge
Pennfield ordered the breakup  of M$..and he's a Federal Judge...how an
Apellate court can overrule him? 

Perhaps one of our legal-linux gurus could answer me privately. 

And of course you all read the news about the Palm Pilor contacting it's
