If the US goes to war with Saddam Hussein, I have every reason to believe that my Mandrake box, a laptop running 9.0, and I will probably end up somewhere working as a contractor for the DOD, which is a battle of a different sort, I'm afraid. You see, I am one of those semi-rabid pacifists you read about back in the 60's, a Berkeley, California graduate, and given the lack of work in my home town, I'd probably jump at the opportunity to work for the Department of Defense, because they pay well. I'm afraid the prospects of working for the DOD, despite putting some serious money in my bank account, is somewhat "difficult" given my moral beliefs against war. My Mandrake box even agrees with me. So there.
