I'm studying the possibility of setting up Flightgear to run in a simulator cockpit?
I have a simulator cockpit already running with X-Plane on windows. I use 2 small LCD monitors connected to one computer (this is the master machine) for the instrument panel and 3 large TVs (connected to their own computers) arranged around the pilot to display the outside views. I'd like to extend this to run with Flightgear too in the same manner.
I know I could choose one machine as master and then use the native protocols with null FDMs to slave the other machines. But how would I do a panel with only instruments? OpenGC?
