To see how everything would work out, I did a test run of FlightGear on the machines to see how they would run. I immediately hit 2 small problems.
1. The maximum resolution of FlightGear is 1600x1200, while that of the television displays is higher (19xx X 12xx... can't remember right now). I guess that would mean cranking down the resolution on windows, but suffering a black border to the image ( I need to check on that).
2. fgjs sees only 2 joystick devices. I have an equivalent of 4 joystick devices. Is there a way to increase that number easily?
jsdemo also seemed to cause a problem... the current setup has non-momentary buttons. Thats all I had time for today... I'll be back with more questions tommorrow.
