This is not true. you can use the --geometry=1920x1200 option if you want. If
you refer to the list in fgrun, it is just a short list of most common
resolutions that can be overridden in the Advanced section.

Under windows, Plib only sees 2 joysticks. It would have to use DirectX to see
more, and nobody contributed such a feature.
