JR = Job receiver, SR = Sysout receiver.  Similarly for JT & ST.  IIRC,
the RSCS STREAMS parameter is the maximum stream # to be used.  With JES
having SR & JR both set to 1, that would also be 1 for RSCS.

What are the meaning of these four fields?  I would guess R is for
receiver and T for transmitter, but what is S and J?
