Anti-Trust laws don't apply to companies that get there because of good faith deals. It applies when companies get there by force and then use that position of power to influence the market. Intel likely won't be effected. Apple wasn't forced to go with Intel, Intel didn't do anything hostile to get Apple's business. Nor is Intel using their market saturation in abusive ways to stop competition and prevent others from doing business. The fact is, if you are building a computer, you still have pleanty of choices in what processor to go with.
