How do you get your sig to change every time?

Before I answer, you must endure a small lecture:
It's really unnecessary to quote my entire (long) message in order to
ask me that. There was really no need to quote me at all, or you
could have trimmed the quote to just my sig line. Please try to do
trim quotations to just the essentials necessary to "remind" people
of the context.
End of lecture. :)
To answer your question, Mail (the default email program in OS X)
allows you to have multiple signatures available. In the signature
preferences, you can build a list of possible signatures, and to see
a list of those signatures in each new mail message you compose,
simply create ONE new one and then cluck the Action button in the
lower-left portion of the header (looks like three lines and a down
arrow) and choose "Customize." One of the options will be to have the
Signature pop-up menu appear on each new message, from which you can
choose the one you want.
Or, if you're lazy, you can set a list of signatures to appear in
random or sequential order each time you compose a message. :)
