Okay, I'll bite. What the hell is tabbed browsing, and why would I want to look at more than one page at once? Isn't that what the "back arrow" or whatever it's called is for?

There are as many tabs as you can handle on ONE browser window. I can open ONE window and click between my tabs - a yahoo group, ebay, my bank page and paypal. It is ALL ONE page so when I want one or the other it is up at the top, you just click on the correct page and it saves loading time. Even on cable modem, tabbed is faster than back/forward! I learned to have more than one page open when I was on dial up - I almost always open a new page as opposed to moving ahead if I plan on going back!

It will allow you to have a large amount of pages open but they are contained within 3 or 4 actual pages!
