I can't speak to that because I don't have a case I can see. I believe you tried. I don't know what happened in that particular event. I do know people high up in mail admin and I do know they care. In the case of your chat issue did you have logs showing what IP address the person came from and dates and times so that AOL could see that if you gave them 5 Ips with dates and times that in all 5 cases the same AOL user was online on that IP? We have VERY detailed logs about connections. I believe you had a problem and nothing I could say now will solve that other than you experience is not my experience, and I have worked at one other large ISP and one medium ISP.
