Kelly, Less & all:
Kelly your point is well taken. I am sure some people are having crash
problems and yet others of us are not. I see some people say they are
having problems with the virtual cursor in Outlook Express, but I don't.
Now yesterday I down loaded 3.5 (have not installed it yet), but I could not
check to see if my serial number was on the list, but each time I clicked on
that icon my computer crashed (tried it 3 times). My 3.31 says I have one
upgrade left, so I will just have to see if the install goes OK.
Thanks,
George Marshall

Hi Les,
Perhaps HJ could develop a feature that turns the V-cursor off until turned
on as you describe. This is still a bit of a new animal and as people
start to use it, exactly how it works can be explored. In general JFW
loads the config files each time focus is returned to an application but
perhaps they can do something similar to what they do when focus returns to
other applications after they are launched i.e. you only hear the
introductory messages once.
I do wonder why you are getting the crashes with Citibank. I use the same
features you are describing and don't experience crashes with IE when
paying bills on Citibank with the V-cursor.
By the way, do you know that you can download account information in files
suitable for Quicken inport from Citibank's web site. I mention this
because you said you were typing the bills directly into Quicken. You can
download .qif files if you look under Account Information, Download account
Activity.
