Hi Kelly,

Yes, I do import files, but I also categorize my own transactions in
Quicken, so I've been doing it by hand. Let me clarify one point. When I
pay bills on the Citibank site, my system crashes with the V cursor turned
on when I reach the confirmation screen, the last step before the payment is
submitted. It's happened on 2 different systems, and happens every time I
reach this point. Now, if the V cursor is turned off, I can get past the
confirmation screen and make the payment. This is why I have raised the
issue here and with HJ when the first public beta of 3.31.35 came out. Are
you saying that you have the V cursor turned on and you can make the
payments? If that's the case, then I wonder what has caused 2 different
systems to lock up at this exact point in the process, every time? I agree
with you that the V cursor concept is new and everybody is learning how to
best utilize this. I really like what HJ has done with the V cursor, other
than this one issue. I have not used Outlook Express much, as I use Outlook
2000, and so have not experienced the V cursor going on and off in the same
application. I only noticed this when task switching. If you are able to
make payments on the Citibank web site with the V cursor turned on, please
let me know, because their would have to be something else causing this to
not work for me. Thanks.
Best Regards,

Les
