I'm trying to get a handle on what you want as far as a toggle for the 
Virtual PC cursor because quite frankly I don't get what you are asking 
for.  You have the Insert-Z toggle and then you also have the configuration 
manager to adjust the behavior of this feature.  What exactly are you not 
getting with these two abilities to adjust the settings?
