What are the classic (non-perl) computers books? There are
several
that come to mind, The Art of Computer Programming (1->3), the
Dragon
book (thanks leon!, K&R, Computer Graphics (Foley et al). But
what are
the books that you guys really love?

I really miss my copy of 'Software Tools' by Kerningham and Plauger
originally published in 1976. It developed a series of simple programs
written in Ratfor (a Fortran preprocessor).

I'm feeling old recomending a 25 year old computer book!
