My main problem is not reading the label as such, but rather when the labels are vertical. Does the top relate to the back or the front? How should I rotate the label to map it to the rings? I've wasted far too much of my life pondering this, and getting it wrong. Maybe the solution is to stay out of kitchens. Hmmm.
