We are trying to prevent that. We are trying to figure out how we can relax the cases where the specifications imply, but do not clearly state that a TLV may occur multiple times. If some nodes are not prepared for that, then they would misinterpret the advertisements, perceive different information content, and misbehave. What are the necessary and sufficient precautions to prevent this? > And a standardization group defining specifications to allow for interop?
