XPde`s documentation states that they are making it to
make current XP users confortable with Linux
migration, after that they may change window managers
when they already kow how to use their applications.

Another statement concerns the "My Computer" concept,
they will NOT replicate aditional functionality, so
there is no need to worry here.

What really strikes me, is that the people from KDE
and GNOME dont realize that there are admins out there
who are NOT installing their window managers because
they are too heavy and take up too much memory.

Right now I am on qvwm where everything works pretty
much OK without needing ages to get from XDM to an
usable GUI, so maybe they should claen up their act a
little by loading necesary libs and load whatever each
program run needs. 8/
