Richard;  I should have deleted that e-mail as sugested cause it just po'd
me for the rest of the day - again!

I find guys who get into using A.V. and the other flavers are there for a
career and not to get anything done.   To create useful things for users to
solve problems and make decisions and to control is very dificult.  The
tecnical people in that environment have do intension of sticking their
necks out.  They find ways to get their department funded and supplied with
hardware, software, salaries and promises and they are set.   Keep the
manuals within sight then just surf (cause you need online support or
whatever) all day  then  when the organizaion needs a map you shine by
printing one out of AutoCad but who knows the difference.

Well so much for the diversion lets all get back to producing results.
