Communist party that is a communist party, true. But Communist Party that simply keeps the name, false: the Communist Party of China. The other element, neoliberal: the word has almost no definite content. If it more or less means state muscle for capital and as little social welfare as the capitalist economy itself needs to function smoothly, China is neoliberal. Not to mention its open repression of the tiniest act of working-class struggle.
