Of course.  If you browse the d20 SRD you'll note that there are sections
labeled 'swords & sorcery extentions'.  This is were such genre-specific
material belongs.  Barbarians, Fighters, and Rogues are in the core d20 SRD,
while Bards, Clerics, Mages, et. al. are in the Swords & Sorcery section.
'Jedi Knights' would be part of the Sci-Fi genre, but a 'scoundrel' would
probably just be a Rogue.  Likewise Humans are the only core race, but Elves
are part of Swords & Sorcery, and 'Wookie' would be Star-Wars specific.

I actually doubt we'll see Lucasfilm trademarks in the d20 SRD.
