"3.1.1 No Publication distributed under the terms of this License may contain information on creating characters compatible with the D20 System Reference Document v0.0." If the system is explicitly about generating characters, then it is prohibited. I think this is too sweeping, and should be changed to allow "lifepath" type constructs. -Brad
