That's a good question. The whole spirit of the ogl is that we can share
each others work right? Maybe the ogf homepage needs a new section for
contributed 'extensions' to the base d20 srd. as long as they abide by the
d20 license rules, they could merely be put u, and other designers could
pick and choose from them, no real monitoring of it would be required by
wotc, except basic compliance with the d20 license.
