A 4,000.00 vehicle (new in 72) costs 30,000.00 now! The first Spotmatic I bought was about 175.00 plus another 60.00 for a standard lens. Inflation, what it is, we are not too comfortable spending more on a camera even though we are making more. A new 500CM Hasselblad cost me 825,00 new in 1972. The build quality of the 80mm lens was higher than it is today - go figure. Bob Rapp
