Subash, Retrofitting cars to travel in previously well developed cities is a problem. London and Paris city centers are notorious for traffic congestion. Boston and Philadelphia have similar problem in the US. Streets are tiny and follow original cow paths. It's a mess when people journey to and from work. Traffic moves in Shanghai and Guangzhou, but the rebuilding is enormous as they double-deck the roads and restrict drivers. Problems will only grow with more cars, but that's what people want.
