I've just tested the tk device over my lunch break. I don't get the tk driver on my windows build, just ntk.
On my work Cento machine and my home Ubuntu machine (The latter of which I connected to via ssh with X11 forwarding) both give the following $ examples/c/x00c -dev tk X server insecure (must use xauth-style authorization); command ignored while executing "send $client "set server_name [list $server_name]"" (procedure "plserver_link_init" line 25) invoked from within "plserver_link_init" (procedure "plserver_init" line 85) invoked from within "plserver_init" Then they just hang. No window is displayed at all. At first I thought the error was something to do with the X11 forwarding, but I get it on my Centos machine which I am sat in front of too.
