Right, *if* it's easy to get this to play along with existing Xcode
installations.  If Sage can somehow detect this situation and give
detailed instructions for what to do.  That whole tarball is only 63
MB, so it would be conceivable (though probably a bad idea) to
actually ship it with Sage...
